To better understand why this topic matters consider this fact for just a second. The retail industry pegs Halloween as the 2nd largest holiday sales season of the year. That’s right. Halloween is the second biggest holiday of the year. That surprised me when I saw the statistic. But then think about all of the festivities, costumes, candy and of course related parties associated with Halloween. Does it surprise you? So how should Christians think about it?
