What is the heart of God the Father? In Jesus’ ministry, there is a powerful image of the Father’s heart portrayed through the actions of Son Jesus. After a long day of ministry, children began surrounding Jesus. Being annoyed, the disciples tried to send them away. Jesus responds to his disciples by saying, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.” How do we understand Jesus’ words today?
