WHAT IS EASTER REALLY ABOUT?
Easter is the most important day of the Christian calendar. In the U.S., people who do not regularly attend services will sometimes attend an Easter service, swelling churches to capacity repeatedly. But pressures on Easter have made it just as much about chocolate bunnies and Cadbury eggs than the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus.
In this episode, Pastor Jonathan shares his Easter message titled “Good News For A Worn Out World.” Pressures in America to climb the social ladder and accumulate wealth have left most people frustrated, worn out, and left feeling stressed. The relentless pursuit of a career has even caused some to earn it all, only to realize the emptiness hasn’t gone away.
